ALL CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, we are not obligated to provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion at times such as payment error, unsatisfactory service, etc.
